    T-Mobile: Stop Abusive Debt Collection

T-Mobile has become well-known for its "No Contract" advertising. What's less known, however, is that the company's advertising strategy is misleading and abusive to customers, especially those in communities of color, that leaves customers with unexpected debt that the company then turns over to debt collections agencies. We urge that CEO John Legere overhaul T-Mobile's predatory advertising and financial practices immediately. Join us by signing the petition.

To: John Legere, CEO – T-Mobile US

A recent review of T-Mobile customer complaints shows that your company’s advertising and debt collection practices are often deceptive and unfair, and that these practices disproportionately harm communities of color and low income communities. I urge you to overhaul T-Mobile’s approach to collecting debt, and sever all ties with abusive collections agencies. It’s time to treat all customers with the respect they deserve.

    Sincerely,

    [Your Name]
