Tell school officials: Support Black student achievement
Earlier this month, we delivered a petition calling on McGehee school officials to acknowledge Kymberly as her class’s sole valedictorian and support Black student achievement in the district. Despite more than 80,000 signatures and hundreds of calls and emails from ColorOfChange.org members, the district has remained silent.
It's time to call state-wide education leaders and ask them to speak out on behalf of Kymberly and all students in the district.
