The House of Representatives will vote tomorrow between two pieces of legislation - one will greatly expand Trump's and the FBI's ability to use powerful surveillance tools to intimidate and harass Black communities; and the bi-partisan USA RIGHTS Act, which will rein in Trump's program and establish strong surveillance reform. But some turncoat Democrats are thinking of voting for the bill that gives Trump MORE power.

As leaders of the Democratic party, Rep. Pelosi and Rep. Hoyer need to do all they can to get Democrats in line for this vote. We need to keep their phones ringing all day to make sure they know how important passing the USA RIGHTS Act and stopping Trump's spy program is for our community.
