In the face of constant rule changes, numerous legal challenges, and even intimidation, election workers helped a record-breaking number of voters cast their ballots safely and ensure that every vote was counted. Thousands worked at early voting locations and polling places across the country. Others counted votes for days after Election Day. While anti-democratic forces try to undermine public trust in our elections, it’s even more important that we honor and uplift the efforts of thousands of people who worked so hard to make this election possible.
