Color Of Change is working tirelessly during this time to hold him accountable to his promises and to push the administration to act on COC’s demands before Donald Trump takes office.

Dear President Biden and Vice President Harris,

Color Of Change is the nation’s largest online racial justice organization, representing millions of members nationwide. As your historic terms as president and vice president come to an end, it is crucial that your administration make all exhaustive efforts to utilize your power to the greatest extent to protect Black communities. We strongly urge your administration to take the following actions and steps to demonstrate that commitment:

• Commute the death sentences of people on federal death row. Urge Congress to confirm judicial nominees for federal courts and candidates for the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB).
• Grant expungement for those who have been charged with drug-related charges.
• Disburse all remaining funds under the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) and Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) to communities.
• Ensure all funds in the Broadband Equity Access and Deployment (BEAD) program have been distributed and that states are equitably distributing the funds to Black communities.
