Queens District Attorney Candidate Forum

In July 2018 Color of Change, in partnership with grassroots groups in New York came together to form the Queens For DA Accountability Coalition. We are a coalition of grassroots organizations and advocates centering black and brown, TGNC, immigrant/migrant, indigenous and other communities directly impacted by incarceration. We are committed to decarcerating Queens, NY by holding our District Attorney and other elected officials accountable to community demands for transformation of the criminal legal system.

Next Tuesday, March 12th, Color Of Change is sponsoring a candidate forum so that Queens residents can hear directly from DA candidates ahead of the June election. Ben Max (Executive Editor at Gotham Gazette) and Zephyr Teachout (2018 candidate for NY AG) will be moderating. Join us!
