Now is the time to organize. As AI expansionism continues, we have to push back. We are demanding that by January 31, 2026, Lerner Enterprises will implement:

1. Full transparency agreements, and a 30-day negotiation period with residents outlining:
• Construction and development plans
• Energy demand from data centers and AI
• Detailed summary of the relationship between City Council, Council Members, Lerner Enterprises, Board Members, and Corporate Representatives.
2. Regular and mandatory independent racial equity audits before launching development or expansion of new or existing data centers, as well as taking on new, expansive, or energy-demanding technology and technology-related projects.
• A racial equity audit serves as an analysis of products, policies, and procedures, as well as the workforce and environment, to help corporations determine where they must most urgently dedicate their time to further racial justice and equity within their company.
3. Active reinvestment through budget allocation and 15% of profits into impacted and afflicted communities, including but not limited to constituents, residents, marginalized communities, and disenfranchised populations.
4. Full financial responsibility of AI and data center development, any expansion, in addition to full financial coverage of all upkeep, energetic demands, and outputs.
