Rally & Petition Delivery

Amid nation-wide outrage, nearly 100,000 people have signed the petition calling for justice in the days following the murder of Botham Shem Jean. Color of Change, Mothers Against Police Brutality, Texas Organizing Project, Faith In Texas and North Texas DSA will deliver the petition to the office of District Attorney Faith Johnson demanding that she charge Amber Guyger with murder for killing Botham Shem Jean. Only she has the power to bring these charges against Amber Guyger. Guyger has already been fired from the Dallas Police Department for killing Botham however, the fight for justice continues.

We will stand together for Botham and his family until Amber Guyger is held fully accountable for the crime she committed: murder.
