It's time for the California Senate to make internet history!

We have until midnight Friday, August 31st to save the open internet in California!

The California Assembly just passed an amended version of SB 822, the strongest net neutrality bill in the nation, by a wide margin and now it's headed back to the Senate for a vote. If it passes by Friday night, it heads to Gov. Brown's desk.

The strength of California’s bills, coupled with the sheer size of our state, will make the impact of SB 822 reverberate across the nation. Major telecom companies like Verizon and AT&T know this, which is why they’re doing everything in their power to block this bill.

Call your state Senator and tell him to vote for SB 822 and restore net neutrality to California!
