Say "NO" to Hochul's convict leasing plan

In Gov. Hochul’s proposed budget, she announced a constitutional amendment that would allow private corporations to utilize incarcerated labor. New York State abolished private convict leasing over 100 years ago.

We cannot let Governor Hochul take us back to the past with the Private Employment for Incarcerated Individuals bills.
