Previously, Syracuse University blocked protesting students from receiving food, feminine hygiene products, and other essential supplies in attempt to starve them into ending their protest. Because of the administration's cruel responses to their protests in the past, we know that the students of #NotAgainSU could, at any time, have their food and supplies withheld by administration. But even with this thread, the students of #NotAgainSU won’t stop fighting for changes that will make campus safe and comfortable for Black students, Indigenous students, and Students of Color.
The student protestors of #NotAgainSU are making extreme sacrifices in order to keep fighting for justice on their campus. And we want to show these brave students that we support their efforts by providing them with the hot meals and supplies they need to keep fighting for change on campus.
A $15 contribution would provide one meal for a student who’s protesting. If we reach our goal of $2,5000, we can donate approximately 167 meals — that’s five meals per person for more than 30 student protestors.
Contribute TODAY to show your support of students protesting injustice on Syracuse's campus.
