The Texas police officer caught on tape slamming a bikini-clad teen to the ground was previously accused of abusing a black driver, court records show.

McKinney cop David Eric Casebolt yanked the motorist’s pants down during the humiliating roadside search, and another officer slammed the man’s head on his car hood, according to the federal lawsuit filed by Albert Earl Brown Jr.

Brown claimed Casebolt racially profiled him in 2007, confronting him as he sat in a car with a white woman.

The officer, who was then in his second year with McKinney, called Brown a “dope dealer” and told the woman it was a mistake to hang out with him, according to the suit obtained by the International Business Times.

Brown, who was jailed on drug charges, filed the complaint in 2008.

He alleged Casebolt made up a story about seeing marijuana seeds in the car and probed his “private areas” in full public view.

The case was eventually dismissed, and Brown said he struggled to track down evidence while incarcerated.

Casebolt is now on administrative leave as police review his actions from a Friday pool party in McKinney.

The 10-year veteran was recorded cursing at crowds of black teens, slamming a 15-year-old girl onto the ground and pulling his gun on a young man during the chaotic episode.

Video of the wild confrontation flashed across the Internet, reigniting calls for police reforms across the country.
