Demand the Senate end discriminatory marijuana arrests
New York's State Senate leadership is blocking a critical bill that would eliminate the loophole incentivizing NYPD's aggressive Stop and Frisk tactics, which result in thousands of racially-targeted marijuana arrests each year.
Law enforcement, treatment providers and advocates across the state are in agreement that we need to fix our broken marijuana laws. The legislature concludes its session June 20th — please call the Senate leadership to demand a vote on reform now.
