Drop the case against Tremaine McMillian

This past Memorial Day, Miami-Dade police tackeled 14 year-old Tremaine McMillian to the ground while bottlefeeding his new born puppy, put him in a chokehold, and arrested him on unfounded felony charges after police claimed he gave them “dehumanizing stares.”

No sanctions have been brought against the officers involved in the violent altercation and instead Tremaine's entire future is in jeapordy with his trial set to start July 16th. There is still time to drop the charges. Please call on Miami-Dade County State Attorney Katherine Fernandez Rundle and urge her to drop the unfounded case against Tremaine.
