Tell Senate President Mike Miller: Put the death penalty to a vote

This January, Maryland could finally repeal the death penalty. A majority of both the State Senate and House of Delegates supports repeal, and Gov. Martin O'Malley is ready to sign a bill as soon as it hits his desk — providing that Senate President Mike Miller permits the legislature to vote on it.

Please call Sen. Miller today: by ensuring that Miller makes a key procedural decision before the holidays, we can count on repeal legislation coming to a full General Assembly vote in early 2013.
